No heavy sawing needed (and by that, I mean sawing by hand and then with the grind of my teeth), this 100% rye sourdough from Philippa's lives up to its "moist" description even after several days have passed. Hooray because for once, there's no need to bring out the food processor to whizz up any rock hard sourdough into bread crumbs.
